Jason Kopeloff

Jason Kopeloff has a comprehensive work experience in various financial roles. Jason is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Hudson MX since February 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of VP, Head of Strategic Technology Advisory at the same company from July 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Hudson MX, Jason worked at Media Assembly as the Chief Financial Officer, Assembly U.S. from June 2018 to July 2021, and as EVP Finance from February 2016 to June 2018. Jason also has experience as Vice President of Finance at 360i from December 2004 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, Jason worked at ALM as a Financial Analyst from May 2002 to December 2004. Jason also worked as a Financial Analyst at Mercer from January 2001 to May 2002, and as a Senior Auditor at Eisner from November 1998 to December 2000. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, operational support, budgeting, forecasting, and SEC reporting.

Jason Kopeloff attended Binghamton University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Jason then pursued higher education at Baruch College from 2006 to 2009, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Marketing.
