Anne Mehrtens

Anne Mehrtens joined Hudson Pacific in 2015 and serves as Senior Vice President, Sunset Studios – Southern California, providing oversight for sales and operations at Sunset Gower, Sunset Bronson and Sunset Las Palmas Studios.

Prior to Hudson Pacific, Mehrtens served as Vice President, Asset Management for Topa Management Company, a diversified holding company in Los Angeles that focuses on beverage distribution, automotive retail, insurance, financing and real estate. Mehrtens also worked as Vice President of Operations at Arden Realty.

Mehrtens holds an Associate’s Degree in Design from the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.
