Eileen Lyons

Eileen Lyons has extensive work experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Eileen currently holds the position of SVP, Managing Director Canada & Global Operations at Hudson Rouge. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the company in Canada as well as globally. Prior to this, they served as EVP, Global Operations Director & Managing Director Canada at the same company.

Before joining Hudson Rouge, Eileen worked at Blue Hive (WPP) as SVP Group Account Director. Eileen played a key role in implementing the global marketing launch process in the Asia Pacific region and South Africa. Eileen was also in charge of training and developing a multicultural team responsible for delivering Ford's marketing initiatives.

Earlier in their career, Eileen held roles at Team Detroit as VP, Account Director and SVP Account Director. Eileen successfully managed a marketing team and led multiple vehicle launches and sustainment campaigns for Ford. Eileen implemented innovative programs and initiatives, including cross-cultural integration and digitally-led launch programs.

Eileen's work experience also includes a position at Wunderman as a Management Supervisor, where they managed direct marketing campaigns for various clients in challenging economic conditions. Eileen provided customized support and integration across agencies to meet clients' changing business needs.

At the beginning of their career, Eileen worked at JWT and JWT Direct as an Account Manager and Executive. Eileen provided support for direct marketing initiatives for clients such as Sun Microsystems and the United States Marine Corps.
