Jenifer Williams has a long and varied work experience. Jenifer began their career in 1994 as an Accounting Clerk at JCPenney, where they then became a Team Lead in 2003. In 2014, they took on the role of Subject Matter Expert, where they managed property portfolios, produced monthly tenant rent payments, and performed month-end processes. In 2017, they joined Overstock.com as a Merchandise Coordinator, where they created a Site Sale reach out process and took on a massive sprint to get MSRP prices updated. In 2020, they moved to Overstock.co as a Category Specialist, where they researched and analyzed data and market trends, assisted in planning and implementing long-term strategies, and built and maintained relationships with partners. Finally, in 2021 they returned to Overstock.com as a Merchandise Manager, and in 2022 they moved to Hudson Valley Lighting Group as a Merchandise Manager.

Jenifer Williams graduated from Granite High with a diploma in General Education. In addition, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from JCPenney in April 2003.
