Ritwik Pandav

Ritwik Pandav has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ritwik started their career as a Consultant at Penn Biotech Group in 2010 and later interned as an Analyst at IL&FS Education & Technology Services Ltd. In 2011, they joined Wharton Community Consultants as a Consultant and also worked as a Graduate Residential Advisor at the University of Pennsylvania, Residential Services.

In 2013, Ritwik joined airtel as a Test Engineer, where they were responsible for testing and validating LTE and 3G UE devices for compliance to 3GPP standards. Ritwik also conducted RF compliance testing and troubleshooting of major technical faults in LTE/3G devices. Ritwik received a Gold Award for Excellence in Performance during their time at airtel.

Since 2014, Ritwik has been working at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC), starting as a Software Engineer and progressing to Senior Principal Engineer, their current role. Ritwik has gained experience and expertise in software engineering, with a focus on principal software engineering responsibilities.

Ritwik Pandav completed their Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2009. Ritwik pursued further education and obtained a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania from 2010 to 2012.
