Shilpa Mitra Roy

Shilpa Mitra Roy has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Shilpa started their career in 2005 as an Associate in HR at RBS India Development Centre. In 2008, they joined Hughes Systique Corporation as a Senior Executive in HR and later became the Manager of Talent Management in 2014. In their role as Manager, they focused on employee development, retention, and managed the P&L. Shilpa also had responsibilities in compensation and benefits, as well as consulting with business leaders on employee engagement and development interventions. In 2019, Shilpa was promoted to the position of Director of Human Resources at Hughes Systique Corporation (HSC).

Shilpa Mitra Roy's education history begins in 1986 when they attended Loreto Convent in Ranchi. Shilpa completed their 10th grade education there. Shilpa then pursued their 12th grade education at DAV Jawahar Vidya Mandir from 1997 to 1999, with a focus on science. In 2005, Shilpa enrolled at Xavier Institute of Social Service to obtain a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDPM).
