Hugh McCauley

Owner & Chef at Hugh's Culinary

Hugh McCauley began his extensive culinary experience when he was just in grade school- cooking alongside his grandfather at Fort Lauderdale’s Shrine Club. The pursuit of education led Hugh to the Sorbonne in Paris. From there he began the study of international cuisines. His skills were put to the test in the resort towns of Aspen and Cape Cod and later as the manager of Fort Lauderdale’s renowned steak house, The Ambry.

His love for people and entertaining made catering a natural career choice. Hugh and his mother, Jackie, founded Hugh’s Catering in 1978, and it has been a success ever since.
