Alicia Gangell

Alicia Gangell has a diverse work experience in human resources and learning & development. Alicia started their career at Commonwealth Bank where they held various roles in training and recruitment from 2005 to 2012. Alicia then became the Human Resource Manager at Harris Scarfe Australia Pty Ltd from 2012 to 2015. Alicia later moved to HUGO BOSS, where they worked as the Head of Human Resources for Oceania and then as the Regional Director of Human Resources for SEAPAC.

Alicia Gangell completed a Diploma in HR & Business Management at TasTAFE in 2009. Alicia proceeded to earn an Advanced Diploma in HR & Business Management at TasTAFE in 2010, alongside a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management with Distinction at RMIT University. This was followed by a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment at TAFE NSW in 2007-2008, and they recently completed a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at RMIT University in 2022.
