Caroline Bauer

Caroline Bauer has a background in fashion design and product management, with experience in leading digital transformations in product development using 3D technology. Caroline has worked in various roles at Tchibo, focusing on apparel design, project management, and creating customer-oriented assortments. Currently serving as a Team Leader Digital Creation at HUGO BOSS, Caroline is responsible for building the 3D landscape infrastructure and implementing change management strategies. Caroline has a Master of Arts in Modedesign from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design from AMD Akademie Mode & Design.
