Cristina Souto Caviglia

Cristina Souto Caviglia has a diverse work experience in the fashion industry, starting as a Sales Associate Intern at Saint Laurent in 2014. Cristina then pursued a Menswear Design Internship at Carolina Herrera in 2016, followed by a brief stint as a Client Advisor at Louis Vuitton in 2018. Cristina then transitioned to being a Junior Fashion Designer at Studio Chiassai, working on the Fendi Menswear runway collection in 2019. Their most recent roles at HUGO BOSS include being a Jersey Casual Menswear Designer, a Fashion Designer for BOSS Menswear, a Senior 3D Design Project Manager, and currently the Team Lead for 3D Design BOSS MW. Throughout their career, Cristina has showcased a strong understanding of fashion design, digitalization, and project management.

Cristina Souto Caviglia completed their Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design from IED Barcelona in 2017. Cristina then pursued a Master's degree in Menswear design from Istituto Marangoni in 2018. In 2024, they attended the LEAD Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, focusing on Leadership & Innovation. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Change Management, Lateral Leadership Training, and Women Making History from various institutions between 2020 and 2022.
