Rashmi Verma

Rashmi Verma has a diverse work experience, starting as a Project Manager at GE in 2001. Rashmi then moved on to various leadership roles at SAP, including Principal Process Consultant, Program Lead, Application Operations Manager, and Chief Strategic Expert. Rashmi also founded YogaDaan e.V in 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion at HUGO BOSS, where they were previously the VP of Global Employee Experience. Throughout their career, Rashmi has focused on driving diversity and inclusion initiatives and leading strategic projects in multiple industries.

Rashmi Verma completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology in 2001. Rashmi then pursued an MBA in Leadership from German Graduate School between 2009 and 2011. Prior to these degrees, they attained a Diploma in Computer Engineering from S V Union from 1995 to 1998. Rashmi also holds additional certifications including Certified LeSS Practitioner, Design Thinking Introduction, Introduction to CMMI for Development Version 1.3, PMI PMP, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
