Oluwafolakemi Dare has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to the present. Oluwafolakemi started their career as an intern at GTBank in 2004. Oluwafolakemi then worked as a Banking Officer at OCEANIC BANK INT'L PLC from 2006 to 2008 and later moved to KEYSTONE BANK, where they held the same role from 2008 to 2014.

In 2015, Oluwafolakemi joined humik creations as a Fashion Intern, gaining experience in the fashion industry for three years until 2018. Oluwafolakemi then volunteered at The Elevation Church from March to June 2017.

In 2020, Oluwafolakemi joined Hugo as a Customer Support Specialist and later progressed to become a Customer Support Shift Lead (SME) in 2021. Currently, they serve as the Customer Support Team Lead.

Throughout their career, Oluwafolakemi has gained expertise in customer support, banking, and fashion.

Oluwafolakemi Dare completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti, from 2009 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a National Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology from the Federal Polytechnic Ede, Ede, from 2002 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Oluwafolakemi has also acquired several certifications. They obtained a Diploma in Human Resources (HR) from Alison - Free Online Learning in April 2021. They also completed a Customer Service Skills course from Alison - Free Online Learning in June 2020 and received Soft Skill Training from Jobberman Nigeria in the same month and year. Their additional certifications also include Telephone Etiquette and Effective Customer Service from Keystone Bank Limited in 2014, and Effective Time Management from the same institution in 2013.
