Dave Charlton has extensive experience in customer operations, currently serving as Head of Customer Operations at Newcastle Strategic Solutions since June 2016. Previously, Dave held various roles including Head of Operations and Operations Manager at the same company. Prior to this, Dave was Customer Service Team Manager at Sage from August 2014 to June 2016. Dave completed education at St Thomas More RC School and St Thomas More Catholic School & Sixth Form College.
