Tayo Adebanjo

Tayo Adebanjo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client service operations and business management. Currently serving as the VP of Client Service Operations at Hugo since March 2025, Tayo previously held significant roles at Reliance Health, including SVP of Small Business and Chief of Staff to the CEO from January 2023 to January 2025. Tayo's career also includes a tenure at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Engagement Manager and Summer Associate from June 2014 to December 2022, as well as a Chief of Staff position during a McKinsey Fellowship at Generation. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Master's degree in Actuarial Science from Cass Business School.
