Alon G.

Alon G. is an experienced professional in quality engineering and process management, currently serving as Head of Quality SMF at Huhtamaki since August 2023. Previously, Alon held several key positions at LM Wind Power, including Director of the WMC Technology Center and Senior Manager of Global Quality Engineering, where responsibilities encompassed leading teams across multiple global manufacturing sites and implementing Continuous Improvement methodologies. With a strong academic background, including an M.Sc. in Polymer Science from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Alon has a proven track record in process control, quality performance, and lean management. Additional roles included lecturing at I.I.T. and engaging in research and development within the fields of polymers and chemical engineering.
