Rochelle Bartel Stringer

Rochelle Bartel Stringer has a strong work history with experience in various industries. Rochelle Bartel currently holds the role of Vice President, General Counsel for Americas at Huhtamaki, a packaging and food service tableware company. Prior to this, they were the General Counsel at Huhtamaki, where they oversaw legal matters and contributed to the company's $1.3 billion in annual sales.

Before joining Huhtamaki, Rochelle worked at Seaboard Corporation as a Senior Attorney, where they managed contractual and environmental aspects for the company's largest operating subsidiary. Rochelle Bartel also negotiated and drafted domestic and international major project finance, supply, and transportation agreements.

Rochelle's legal expertise extends back to their time at Stinson Morrison Hecker, where they served as an Attorney. In this role, they gained experience in negotiating and drafting legal documents related to mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, secured transactions, and loan agreements. Rochelle Bartel also had involvement in real estate leases and litigation, as well as recruitment and client development.

Rochelle began their career in sales as a Sales Representative at Larson-Juhl and later worked as a Key Account Manager at Gillette PCD.

Rochelle Bartel Stringer earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1986. From 1992 to 1995, they pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with distinction at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, specializing in Law. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Corporate Compliance Ethics from CCEP.
