Tony Ellerington is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation and education management. Currently serving as the Senior Transformation Officer in the HCC Corporate Transformation Team since January 2008, Tony focuses on leading and supporting programs to drive change and improvement, while ensuring effective program management. As the Adult Education Manager, Tony has successfully developed and managed Lifelong Learning Workforce Development programs, balancing budgets and maximizing external funding. Additional roles include Lead Internal Quality Assurer at Hull Training and Adult Education and Trainee EQA at CETRA. Tony began the career as a Graphic Designer at Design Workshop from 1996 to 1999. Educational background includes attendance at Greatfield High School and Hull College of Art.
