Kathleen Stirling has been involved in various HR roles throughout their career, with experience in employee relations, policy review, investigations, and HR administration. Kathleen has worked in diverse organizations ranging from large corporations to small businesses, and has also held a supervisory role at a university calling center. Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology and a minor in HR from Mount Royal University.
