Dr Lee Waller

Dr. Lee Waller is a seasoned academic and practitioner in the field of occupational psychology, currently serving as a Professor and Director of Research at Hult International Business School since July 2016. In addition to these roles, Dr. Waller is part of the Leadership Faculty at Ashridge Executive Education, also under Hult International Business School, since May 2019. Previously, Dr. Waller held multiple leadership positions at Ashridge Business School from August 2003 to July 2016, including Director of the Centre for Research in Executive Development. Dr. Waller's educational background features a PhD in Psychology from the University of Reading, an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Westminster.
