Sendy Ramos

Sendy Ramos has a strong background in operations and management. Sendy started their career in 2012 as the Director of Site Operations at EF Education First, where they developed policies, procedures, and guidelines for various departments. Sendy then transitioned to the role of Operations Manager, where they managed high-performing teams and successfully executed multiple complex projects. In 2015, Sendy was promoted to Program Director, where they continued to drive business success and achieve objectives. In 2019, they joined Hult International Business School as the Director of Operations, overseeing the overall operational strategy.

Sendy Ramos holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in International and Multicultural Education from the University of San Francisco. Sendy also has a Master's Degree in International Education Management with a TESOL specialization from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey. Sendy earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S) degree in Business Administration with a Finance concentration, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish Language and Literature and Latin American Studies from California State University, Chico. Sendy also pursued non-degree coursework in Finance and Latin American Studies at Universidad Nacional. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sendy has obtained several certifications on topics including diversity, inclusion, communication, coaching skills, and time management from LinkedIn.
