Anne LiCata has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Before that, they served as a Senior Relationship Manager at Pharma & MedTech Business Intelligence, where they provided white glove service to clients and supported their data needs. Anne has also worked as a Senior Client Services Specialist at Citeline, as well as in leadership roles at National Technical Systems and Workscape. Anne started their career as a Senior Recruiting and Business Development Representative at SULLIVAN & COGLIANO.
Anne LiCata holds an Associate's Degree in Fine Arts from Villa Marie College. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include the Clarivate First Mile - New Leader Program from Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, which they completed in November 2021. Anne also holds a certification as a Customer Success Manager Professional from Pulse Academy by Gainsight, which they obtained in June 2020. Furthermore, they have achieved the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in November 2022.
