We are looking for a Vice President in Corporate Development to Lead strategic transactions and certain growth initiatives for Huma. You have experience in analysing competitive landscapes, running due diligence processes for investments or acquisitions and know how to identify and execute on strategic commercial partnerships and acquisition targets. Your Mission

  • Perform and action market analysis and identify potential targets for strategic commercial partnerships and/or acquisitions.
  • Build a network of banks, accountants, PE firms, advisors that can source deal opportunitiesLead in M&A transactions from origination to completion, in particular around due diligence.
  • Creation and evaluation of financial models, performing valuations and forecasting.
  • Lead the Executive team in preparation of Board papers and Company-wide presentations.
  • Manage and support in Shareholder communications.

From day one in this role, we’ll expect you to have

  • A minimum of 5-6 years experience in a related role Previous experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity or Investment Banking preferred A Bachelor’s degree and/or MBA preferably in finance or commerce/economics.
  • Strong skills in creating powerful presentations in powerpoint and keynote.
  • Strong skills in finance, valuation and modelling Strong analytical and communication, and network skills.
  • Experienced and proven negotiator

It’s great, but not required, if you have

  • Experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences market.
  • Previous experience in digital health.
