Lisa-Marie Ost has a strong background in HR and recruitment. Lisa-Marie is currently working at Huma as a People Director, responsible for various HR tasks and managing a team. Before this, they held the position of Senior People & Talent Manager at Huma, overseeing onboarding, employee relations, and HR projects globally. Prior to Huma, Lisa-Marie worked at ProClinical as a Senior Consultant, where they successfully placed professionals in the life sciences industry and managed a team of consultants. Lisa-Marie has experience in various HR and recruitment roles and has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and employee life cycle management.

Lisa-Marie Ost completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis at King's College London from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management with International Business from Royal Holloway, University of London from 2013 to 2016.
