Ricky McCormack has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ricky currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at Humaans, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to this, Ricky had a significant tenure at AdRoll, a Division of NextRoll, Inc. Ricky began as a New Business Account Executive in July 2018 and progressively moved up to roles such as New Business Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, and eventually became a Senior Customer Success Manager in August 2020. In addition, Ricky gained experience in politics as a Congressional Intern in the office of Rep. Ed Markey (MA-8) at the U.S. House of Representatives for the summer of 2012. Early in their career, Ricky served as the Registrar at The University Philosophical Society from April 2011 to April 2012 and as the Productions Officer at Dublin University Players from March 2011 to February 2012. With their diverse background, Ricky brings a wealth of experience in customer success, event management, education, and politics to any organization they join.

Ricky McCormack began their education at Presentation College in Bray, Co. Wicklow in 2003 and completed their studies there in 2009. Ricky then attended Trinity College Dublin from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Drama and Theatre Studies. In 2016, Ricky briefly enrolled at Dublin Business School and obtained a Level 8 QQI in Data Management and Analytics, focusing on Information Technology.
