David C. Forman

David C. Forman serves as the President of Sage Learning Systems since July 1999, specializing in Strategic HR, talent management, and learning development. Additionally, David Forman is an Adjunct Professor at Pepperdine University and has authored the book "Fearless HR--Driving Business Results," published in October 2015. As Chief Learning Officer Emeritus at the Human Capital Institute, David Forman designs and delivers courses in strategic HR and talent management. Prior roles include Executive Vice President at Wave Technologies International, overseeing training operations, and President at Spectrum Interactive, where innovative learning technology solutions were implemented for Fortune 100 companies. David Forman holds a BA from the University of California at Santa Barbara and has completed ABD Graduate Work in International Education and Evaluation.
