Katie Rainford Giles

Katie Rainford Giles has a diverse background in the field of human resources and talent management. Katie started their career in 2015 as a Lead Recruiter at Atomic, where they were responsible for managing the hiring process for the venture fund and its portfolio companies. In 2017, they worked as a University Recruiter for Google, specifically in their Engineering Practicum program on a contract basis. Following this role, Katie joined Cedar Inc. as a Talent Consultant while pursuing their graduate studies. Katie then transitioned to Connery Consulting in 2019, where they worked as a Human Resources Consultant, focusing on designing and implementing recruitment, compensation, performance management, coaching, and people operations practices. Currently, they are working at HUMAN CAPITAL as a People Operations Principal.

Katie Rainford Giles completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with Honors from the University of San Francisco in 2014. In 2017, they began studying at New York University, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in 2020. Additionally, in 2012, they participated in a Study Abroad program at The American University of Paris for one semester.
