Carmel James

Carmel James is currently the Director of Solution Development at Human Care Systems. Carmel has been with Human Care Systems for 4 years, starting as an Associate Software Developer and working their way up to their current position. Carmel is a highly skilled software engineer with a passion for developing solutions that improve patient care.

Carmel James holds a Masters of Science in Engineering Management from The Johns Hopkins University. Carmel also holds a Bachelor of Science in Web Development and Marketing from Roger Williams University. Carmel began their educational career at North Middlesex Regional High School where they earned their diploma. Carmel also holds various certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Hootsuite Platform Certification, National Computer Science Academy in JavaScript, and CITI Social & Behavioral Research.

Carmel James reports to Matthew Hall, CEO. Carmel James works with Ki’Shonne Shannon - Quality Assurance Manager, Adam Bridges - Senior Director of Partnering, and Kai Siang-Toh - Art Director.
