Troy Homstad

Troy Homstad is a skilled clinical social worker currently embedded with Carlton County Law Enforcement at the Human Development Center, a role held since April 2021. Additionally, Troy serves as the Restorative Justice Coordinator and Health Educator for Carlton County, positions held since May 2018. Previous experience includes serving as a Crisis Coordinator at the Human Development Center from November 2015 to March 2018 and as a Regional Manager at TAK Communications, Inc. from July 2009 to November 2013. Troy holds a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from The College of St. Scholastica (2016-2018) and a Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry from Crown College (2002-2009).
