Santosh Mohanty

Santosh Mohanty has a diverse work experience. Santosh started their career in 2004 as a Team Lead at Human Factors International and worked there until 2008. In 2008, they briefly worked as a UI Designer & Developer at Personiva (now acquired by Glam Media). Santosh then returned to Human Factors International in 2008 and held various roles including Web Architect, UI Design & Development, Sr. Manager - Labs, IT & MIS, Group Lead (Project Director), and Vice President - IT Development. Currently, Santosh is serving as the Vice President Program Management at Human Factors International, a position they started in January 2022.

Santosh Mohanty completed their education at Indira Gandhi National Open University. Santosh earned a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from 2006 to 2009, a Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications (ADCA) from 2007 to 2008, and a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from 2003 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications such as PCMM Appreciation Training from KPMG India in February 2014 and Effective Project Management aligned to PMBOOK 2008 from PMAC Consulting Private Ltd in March 2010. Santosh also holds an ISO Certification from TUV India Pvt. Ltd. though the exact month and year of obtaining it are not specified.
