Billy Shih

Billy Shih is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in leading engineering initiatives and developing web applications. Currently, as a Senior Software Engineer at Human Interest, Billy focuses on growth engineering. Prior roles include leading engineering at jpg, developing a TypeScript React/Redux application at Amazon, and creating the Caresi web app for cancer patients at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance. Billy began the career as a software engineer at GreaterGood and has also co-founded multiple ventures, including Up Dog Toys and t+j designs, while playing a key role in community building as a co-founder of Philanthro Seattle. Billy holds a BA in Business with a focus on Information Systems from the University of Washington and has further pursued coding education through Code Fellows.
