Michelle Hughey

Michelle Hughey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michelle has recently held the position of Regional Vice President of Sales at Human Interest since July 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Regional Director of Sales, Partnerships, and Implementation in both the Southwest and South Central regions at the same company. Michelle also worked as an Account Executive at Human Interest from August 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining Human Interest, Michelle worked as a Mid Market Sales Consultant at Paychex from April 2019 to August 2020. Earlier in their career, they held two different positions at ADP. Michelle worked as a Retirement Specialist District Manager from July 2018 to March 2019, and prior to that, they served as an Accountant Channel District Manager from July 2015 to July 2018. In their Accountant Channel District Manager role, Michelle was responsible for managing relationships with accountant firms, cross-selling and up-selling additional products and services, and mentoring associate district managers.

Michelle's earlier experience includes working as a Customs Brokerage Agent at Expeditors from February 2015 to June 2015, and prior to that, they held the position of General Manager at Lakewood Gym from May 2011 to April 2015.

Michelle Hughey earned a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Southern Methodist University from 2011 to 2015. Michelle also obtained certifications in Series 63 and Series 6 from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) in May 2018 and April 2018 respectively.
