Rae Davis Craig

Rae Davis Craig, MBA has extensive experience in financial operations and risk management. In their current role as the Director of Financial Operations at Human Interest, they are responsible for overseeing fiscal programs and processes to improve customer experience. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Risk Management at Helm Services, where they launched the Risk Management Program and led the risk operations team. Rae Davis also held the position of Retirement Plan Services Banking & Risk Sr. Operations Manager at T. Rowe Price, where they oversaw the banking and risk operations departments and implemented risk management strategies. Earlier in their career, they worked at M&T Bank, where they held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Customer Success and Support Operations and Vice President of Risk Management. With their expertise in operations management and risk control, Rae brings valuable skills to their roles.

Rae Davis Craig holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Information Technology from Morgan State University. They also have a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Marketing from Hampton University.
