Kylar W. Broadus is an attorney and advocate with a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion. Kylar W. is the founder of Kylar W. Broadus, where they provide tailored training to businesses, nonprofits, schools, and governmental entities on identifying and addressing bias. This includes drafting policies and legislation. Before their legal career, Kylar worked as a professor of Business Administration at Lincoln University of Missouri. Throughout their career, Kylar has been dedicated to advancing the rights and representation of marginalized communities, particularly the transgender community.
Kylar W. Broadus, Esq has a diverse education history. Kylar W. began their academic journey in 1981 at Central Methodist University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1985. Subsequently, they pursued a Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law from 1985 to 1988, specializing in the field of Law. Later, in 1993, they attended the National Insurance Institute, where they earned a Certificate and an Associates degree in General Insurance and Claims, which they completed in 1995.
