Employee Experience & Office Specialist

We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Employee Experience & Office Specialist, to join our amazing Israeli site, located in Tel Aviv, and be a part of the best Global People team. As our Office & Employee Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for a major part of our daily life, events and almost every task related to the employee's experience journey, Office admin, HR admin, and ad-hoc projects.

What you'll do:

• Manage and execute the day-to-day administrative and logistic activities of the company to ensure smooth operations with all the relevant stakeholders including assisting in managing diaries for the site management.
• Leading and executing the employee experience plan, projects, events and other people initiatives.
• Working closely with external vendors and with the G&A teams to ensure E2E operational needs.
• Coordinate employee life cycle events such as: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding processes.

Who you are:

• At Least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role at a high growth global company.
• Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English – both verbal and written.
• High level of service and people orientationPassionate, creative thinker, innovative, proactive, self-driven and can do approach.
• Well organized and able to handle multi-tasking in a busy and dynamic environment.
