Software Engineering Team Lead at Human Systems Integration

Carlson M. has over 7 years of professional experience in the engineering field. In 2019, they started working as an Embedded Systems Senior Engineer at Human Systems Integration, Inc. Prior to that, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport from 2014 to 2019. During this time, they led a hardware level redesign for a fleeted navy system, redesigned obsolete communication circuit cards with Eagle schematic capture, developed firmware for a custom board with an Atmel microcontroller 4 channel data-recording sensor, and developed firmware with signal processing algorithms for a custom signal generation board that had an Analog Devices Blackfin DSP and Altera Cyclone V FPGA. From 2013 to 2014, Carlson M. worked as a Research Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. Additionally, they held an Electrical Engineering Intern role at Aerovox from 2012 to 2013.

Carlson M. began their educational journey at Seekonk High School, graduating in 2010. They then attended the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2014. Following this, they continued their studies at the same university, graduating with a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in 2018.
