Amy Schuster

Amy Schuster is an accomplished communications leader with extensive experience in strategic communications, public relations, and media relations. Since April 2014, Amy has served as the Strategic Communications Leader for Clinical Operations at Humana, where responsibilities include developing multi-channel communications strategies, managing executive communications for the Chief Information Officer, and enhancing associate engagement through innovative initiatives. Prior to Humana, Amy held several key roles at Atria Senior Living, culminating in the position of Vice President of Corporate Communications & Public Relations, where leadership involved overseeing comprehensive messaging strategies, media relations, and crisis management. Amy's career also includes significant roles at the American Cancer Society and educational institutions, where Amy honed skills in marketing and recruitment. Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism/Public Relations from Western Kentucky University.
