Christina Gleis, MBA, has over 14 years of experience in the healthcare and insurance industries, currently serving as a Director at Humana since March 2009. In this role, Christina manages a Quality Assurance team focused on data integrity and User Interface functionality, while also establishing gold standard processes. As a Project Manager at Humana, Christina collaborates with IT developers on projects that support Senior Product Development. Christina's previous experience includes serving as a Conservation Director at Standard Life Insurance Company of Indiana from 2005 to 2008 and working as a Consultant, analyzing health plan utilization and performance improvement strategies for Commercial Account Executives.
