Julie House

Julie House has extensive experience at Humana, having progressed from Frontline Leader to Director since joining the company in 2003. In the current role as Director, responsibilities include establishing a User Acceptance Testing team and enhancing automation processes to achieve operational excellence and cost savings. Previously serving as Associate Director since April 2021, oversight included Benefit Configuration and Medicare operations, focusing on improving hiring processes and mitigating risks. Julie has also led Medicaid implementation in multiple states as Program Manager and managed large teams to enhance operational efficiency as Operations Manager. Julie holds a BA in Communication from the University of Louisville.
