Michael Kruse

Michael Kruse is an accomplished IT Strategy and Transformation Executive with extensive experience in program management and organizational change. Currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Center of Excellence at Humana since 2018, Michael aligns project and portfolio activities with strategic objectives while leading key IT investments to advance agile transformation. Previously, Michael held senior roles at Marriott International as Senior Director of Portfolio and Program Management, Capgemini as a Digital Strategy and Transformation Engagement Executive, and founded Kruse Consulting Company, Inc. Michael's early career includes strategy consulting at Blue Yonder. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and advanced degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
