Michelle Conley

Michelle Conley has a diverse work experience in finance and IT consulting. Michelle started their career at Deloitte, where they held various roles from 1999 to 2009. Michelle then joined Wolf Creek Partners LLC as a Financial and IT Consultant from 2009 to 2012. After that, Michelle worked at Pace Harmon as an IT/Finance Consultant from 2012 to 2015. Since 2015, they have been with Humana, first serving as a Strategic Consultant from 2015 to 2017, then as an IT Finance Director from 2017 to 2021, and currently as an Associate Vice President, IT Finance from 2021. In their role at Humana, Michelle has been responsible for strategic financial management, budgeting/forecasting, and capital and operating budget management.
