Millie Muczko is an accomplished training and operations professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as Director of HR Business Partner at Humana since April 2014, Millie has previously held key positions, including VP of Training & Development at CROSSMARK and General Store Manager at Walmart, where significant performance improvements were achieved. Millie's expertise includes leading change initiatives and performance improvement solutions aimed at enhancing employee retention and customer loyalty for prominent organizations such as Kimberly Clark, Samsung, and Walgreens.
