Nick di Stefano

Nick Di Stefano has a solid background in user experience (UX) design and product design. Nick is currently working as a Product Design Lead at Humana. Prior to that, they held the position of Lead UX Designer at Santander Bank, N.A., where they successfully led a team in launching multiple features to enhance the digital banking experience, resulting in increased digital user activity and customer satisfaction. Nick has also gained experience as a Senior UX Researcher at Vertex Pharmaceuticals and as an NYC[x] Innovation Fellow at the New York City Mayor's Office of the Chief Technology Officer. With previous roles at Mad*Pow, Mendix, Homesite Insurance, OneBeacon Insurance Group, ADK Group, and Suffolk University, Nick has demonstrated expertise in user interface design, accessibility, and creating user-friendly experiences.
