Sanjay K. Shetty

Dr. Sanjay K. Shetty joined Humana in March 2023 as President, CenterWell. In this role, Dr. Shetty is responsible for leading strategy, growth, and business operations across the Company’s health care services businesses, including Pharmacy, Provider Services, and Home Solutions. He is a member of the Management Team, which sets the firm’s strategic direction, and reports to President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Broussard.

Before joining Humana, Dr. Shetty worked for nearly 13 years at Steward Health Care System, most recently as President. He held various roles of increasing responsibility at Steward, leading various business regions and units as well as corporate and business development. Prior to Steward, Dr. Shetty worked as a strategy consultant at Bain & Company, Inc., and practiced as a radiologist.

Dr. Shetty earned his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and his medical degree from Harvard Medical School, and continues to be board certified in Diagnostic Radiology. He also has an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
