Katia Nelson

Katia Nelson, PhD, is an accomplished Organizational Psychologist with extensive experience in consulting and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Coach at Humance since November 2017, Katia specializes in driving organizational performance through meaningful cultural change. Concurrently, Katia is an Organizational Psychologist and Coach at the Université de Sherbrooke, where responsibilities include supervising coaching internships and conducting action-research focused on executive coaching methodologies. Previous roles include Associate Psychologist in Leadership Development at Papillon MDC Inc., where collaboration with senior executives on complex organizational psychology projects was essential. Katia has also held various leadership positions throughout a diverse career, including project director at OTTIAQ and administrative director at the Association des chirurgiens dentistes du Québec, showcasing a strong background in managing operations and strategic initiatives.
