Dawei Liu is an accomplished legal professional and academic with extensive experience in life sciences licensing and corporate law. Currently serving as Lead Counsel at Humane™ since June 2021, Dawei Liu has previously held roles as Associate at Cooley LLP and Corporate Associate at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, focusing on venture capital and securities.
