Alexandru Ioana

Alexandru Ioana has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Junior Software Developer at Bitdefender. In 2016, they completed an internship at the National Bank of Romania, writing a research paper exploring government intervention in cybersecurity. In 2017, they worked as a Junior Web Developer at Digitix Media and as an Intern at Publicis Groupe. In 2018, they were an Intern at WiseVoice and Technical Manager at Aberdeen Student Radio, where they took over the student radio website source code, maintained the website, automated show uploads, and took charge of the social media presence. Currently, they are a Software Developer at Humanising Autonomy, a NLP Software Engineer at Lummetry.AI, and a Demonstrator at the University of Aberdeen.

Alexandru Ioana attended the University of Aberdeen from 2015 to 2019 and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. In 2016 and 2017, they completed a Study Abroad program at Rhodes College in Computer Science. In June 2019, they obtained a Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera.
