August K. Clayton

August K. Clayton is currently working as the Manager of Racial Justice and Equity at Humanity United since March 2024. Prior to this, August held various roles such as Advisory Committee Member at Borealis Philanthropy, Sustainability Lead at Mosaic, and Development Coordinator at BYP100. August has also served as a Board Member and Student Organizer at Advocates for Youth. With a Bachelor of Science degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Towson University, August has a strong background in development and advocacy work, particularly in the areas of racial and social justice.
