Vladimir Lucic

Director of Finance & Analytics at Humanity

Vladimir Lucic is the Director of Finance & Analytics at Humanity, a position they have held since December 2015. In this role, they help Executive Leadership team understand key Finance, Marketing, Sales and Product metrics. Vladimir also leads a team of Business Intelligence Engineers & Analysts responsible for helping internal teams make smart data-driven decisions. Prior to joining Humanity, Vladimir was the Finance Officer at Meter & Control member of Rudnap Group from October 2011 to March 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing budgets, forecasting and financial analysis on monthly and annuals basis. Vladimir also oversaw the preparation of financial statements and management reports and was responsible for reviewing the same for accuracy. Additionally, Vladimir partnered with R&D executives to monitor individual projects and report performance to Finance Director and senior management. Vladimir also quantified business opportunities and drove cost reduction strategies throughout analysis of company manufacturing operations. Finally, Vladimir developed and adjusted product-based financial model to support cost allocation across multiple business units in order to drive behavior and resource investments.

Vladimir Lucic has a BA in International Business from the Faculty of Business Studies. Vladimir also has certifications from Coursera in Data Analysis with R Programming and Managing Big Data with MySQL.

Vladimir Lucic reports to Chris Amani, Chief Executive Officer. They work with Jack Robinson - Vice President of Solutions Engineering, Kyle Ono - Vice President of Sales, and Suzana Raovic - Director of Product.
