David Marsh

Executive Director For IT & Digital at Humankind Charity

David Marsh has a diverse work experience starting from 2010 when they worked as a Service Support Manager at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. From 2013 to 2015, they served as an Information Services Manager at KalTire, where they provided leadership and strategic direction for the Mining Tire Division. David then worked at Relate as the Head of ICT & Federation Support from 2015 to 2016, where they provided strategic leadership to the Relate Board and Executive Leadership team. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Head of IT Service Delivery at Shelter UK, responsible for operational IT throughout the organization. Subsequently, they worked as the ICT Customer Services Manager at NSK Europe from 2019 to 2020, leading a team and supporting a user base of 4,500. Currently, they are the Director of IT & Business Change at Humankind Charity.

David Marsh earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Business Information Systems from Sheffield Hallam University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they hold various certifications in business analysis, IT service management, and project management. These certifications include Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, ITIL V3 Service Transition, ITIL V3 Service Operation, ITIL V3 Continual Service Improvement, and ITIL V3 Foundation from APMG-International. David also obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG-International in October 2012.
