Sanjay Mazumder

Sanjay Mazumder has a strong background in M&A integration, change management, and transformation. Sanjay is currently working as an Integration Lead for the merger between Humankind and Richmond Fellowship, where they are responsible for supporting both organizations in delivering the merger successfully. Prior to this, they served as a Board Trustee for the Inclusive Multi Academy Trust and the Rugby Football Foundation. In addition, Sanjay Mazumder has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director at iShiv, M&A Integration Director at EOS Deal Advisory, and Director of M&A Integration at Abcam. Sanjay has also worked as an independent consultant, providing expertise in M&A integration, strategy execution, and program and change management. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a commitment to supporting small grassroots organizations, as seen in their role as a Board Trustee for The London Community Foundation.

Sanjay Mazumder completed a B.Sc. degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 1993 and 1996. Sanjay then pursued an M.Sc. degree in Economics from the same institution between 1997 and 1998. Prior to that, they attended Forest School from 1981 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained a PMP Certification in Project Management from an Independent institution.
